In addition to the broad range of field organizing, ad campaigns, intensive media work, and volunteer mobilization happening at PFAW, we’ve teamed up with amazing partners in this all-hands-on-deck election to offer even more opportunities for our members to make an impact in 2020.
Election Day is now less than four weeks away and with early voting and vote-by-mail already underway in many states across the country, every minute you can spare to conduct voter outreach is CRUCIAL.
Please make YOUR biggest impact in this election by doing your part and signing up with one or more of these exciting programs:
- Power the Polls: A nonpartisan effort to recruit 250,000 Election Day poll workers and avoid a devastating nationwide staffing shorting at polling places that could result in longer lines and potentially many voters disenfranchised. Sign up to be a polling place hero here>>
- Pearl Jam Votes: PFAW and our nonpartisan affiliate PFAW Foundation are partnering with the band Pearl Jam in several creative ways to help turn out the vote this year! Find out more and take the nonpartisan PJ Votes “Take Three” voting pledge at PearlJam.com/vote.
- Vote From Home 2020: our work with Vote From Home 2020, to have absentee and mail-in ballot applications sent to key battleground state voters and then follow up with those voters to help them complete their ballots and turn in them in early, is more urgent than ever and crucial to winning. - Turnout 2020: One of 2020’s biggest progressive phone banking operations, Turnout 2020 is connecting volunteers from coast to coast directly with voters in key battleground states to help mobilize voters ahead of the election. Sign up now for a training to volunteer and begin calling voters!>>
- Vote Fwd/The Big Send: Love the post office and want to help GOTV? Vote Fwd’s “Big Send Project” has a goal to send 15 MILLION letters to voters in key states urging them cast their votes in this year’s election. With only 4 weeks left until the election, this is one opportunity you will want to sign up for right now>>
There is no shortage of ways to get involved in 2020 and we’re glad that so many PFAW members like you have signed up over the past few months to join us in direct outreach to voters. If you haven’t yet, RIGHT NOW is the time to get involved!
