Hey, John -- long time no email! Sammy Lawrence here, again! I’m a Field Director with the California Democratic Party -- and from now until Election Day, it’s my job to maintain the Gilmentum by speaking to undecided voters and ensuring that Gil’s supporters vote. Each time that I connect with a constituent, John, it becomes all the more clear that this election is a referendum on some of the most critical issues in our community and across the country: expanding access to affordable health care, lowering the cost of prescription drugs, standing up for working families and up to corporations, and safeguarding earned benefit programs like Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security.
