The Supreme Court only started hearing arguments Monday, yet two conservative justices are already criticizing the 2015 ruling to legalize same-sex marriage. This should make it clearer than ever why it’s so important that progressive voices are heard on the court.

But Donald Trump has vowed to fill Justice Ginsburg’s vacancy “without delay.” Amy Coney Barrett (favored by religious conservatives for her strict anti-abortion rulings) is his nominee.

Replacing Justice Ginsburg with someone who’ll fight against everything she stood for is no way to honor her, so we’re doing everything we can to stop Trump from getting another Supreme Court appointment.
