I really did not want to send this email today, but I have no other choice.Unless we raise $50,000 in the next two days, I will have to make drastic cuts to our get-out-the-vote budget. This could seriously jeopardize our campaign because ballots are heading out to folks on Friday.

Right now, Coloradans across the state are seeing the GOP’s nasty ads attacking John. They’re being inundated with right-wing lies designed to trick voters right before Election Day, when we’ll be out of time to fight back.

I cannot stress this enough — if we don’t reach our goal before ballots are mailed on Friday, I’m worried the GOP could monopolize the airwaves and tear down our campaign when it matters most.

So before I make these cuts to our budget, I’m calling on this incredible grassroots team to add a donation of anything you can afford to help us overcome the attacks and flip this critical seat. Can you pitch in?
