The latino community in California, Washington and Oregon have been disproportionately affected by the wildfires ravaging the region. Latinos are the backbone of the workforce in hotels, restaurants, food processing plants, agriculture, and wineries across these states; yet they are facing enormous hardships in light of this new emergency on top of the current COVID-19 crisis. Please join us for a town hall with Oregon leaders to discuss the impact of the wildfires, the unmet needs, and steps we need to take to ensure we are providing needed relief.
