Inspiration from Community.Breastcancer.org

"Even 15 years later, breast cancer enters my thoughts on a daily basis,
but only briefly and as gratitude that my treatment has saved my life
and allowed me the opportunity to watch my teenagers become adults,
myself semi-retired, and my mother reach her 92nd year. My advice is to
regain every part of your life that was good, learn to say no to things
that do not bring joy, and be ever hopeful for each day. Get up early
and go to bed late... there is much beauty in every hour of every day
that can be found."

Mammograms Can Save Lives
Friday, October 16, is National Mammography Day, which is a great
reminder to schedule your annual mammogram if you're over the age of
40 - and to also remind the women in your life to do the same. Please
don't delay any screenings due to COVID-19; healthcare facilities have
precautions in place to keep you safe during your visit.
