Patriot,
Our first ads are up and running in South
Carolina and West Virginia.
Campaign for Liberty members and supporters
across the country have pitched in an average of nearly $42 per
contribution to fully fund our "Defend the Second Amendment Web
Blitz!"
As incredible as that outpouring of support
has been, I'm counting on even more patriots like you to step up
before the deadline tonight.
My staff has been hard at work crunching the
numbers, building landing pages and banner ad graphics, and
preparing to launch targeted ads urging Senators Mitch McConnell
(R-KY), Joni Ernst (R-IA), Ted Cruz (R-TX), Thom Tillis (R-NC),
and Doug Jones (D-AL) to defend the Second Amendment and oppose
ANY gun control deal that hits the Senate floor.
The truth is, I'd like
to launch even more targeted ads, if I can raise the resources.
But make no mistake Patriot, I absolutely
cannot do this without you.
Won't you please chip in right away to defend
the Second Amendment?

This "Defend the Second Amendment Web Blitz"
is exactly what's needed to create a groundswell of grassroots
opposition to the Gun Control Lobby's push to destroy our gun
rights.
Many Senators are biding their time right
now, waiting to see where the political winds are blowing before
deciding whether they'll support the bills being discussed right
now.
This is a critical time
to influence weak-kneed Senators who are considering voting to
gut your Second Amendment rights.
But if you and I don't act fast, I fear
everything could be on the table, from bans on certain types of
firearms and magazines to Nationwide Gun Registration and "Red
Flag" Gun Confiscation to even mandatory gun buybacks and gun
licensing schemes (i.e. you don't get one).
There's not a moment to lose and your action
today is absolutely critical to our efforts.
We rely solely on the generosity and
commitment of our members and supporters for everything we do,
like running these targeted Internet ads to create a tidal wave
of petitions demanding key U.S. Senators defend the Second
Amendment.
Some people can afford to pitch in $237,
$143, or even $82. And if you can, I hope you'll agree to do so
right away.
For others, a generous gift of $19, $37, or
even $61 may be a real stretch, but each and every dollar from
each and every contributor - no matter the amount - is just as
vital to our efforts.
As I mentioned, since I first asked Campaign
for Liberty's members and supporters to pitch in and help launch
our Phase One of our "Defend the Second Amendment Web Blitz" the
average contribution has been just under $42.
To reach our goal by midnight tonight, I need
another five patriots from xxxxxx to pitch in at least $9.
Won't you answer the call and be one of them
today?

If you could possibly agree to match our
average contribution with a generous gift of $42 - or more - I
hope you'll agree to at once.
But above all, please don't delay - take
action today.
For Liberty,
Ron Paul
Chairman
