PRESIDENT TRUMP RETURNS TO WHITE HOUSE:
Early Friday morning, President Trump announced that he and First Lady Melania Trump had tested positive for COVID-19. As a precautionary measure, the president then spent several days at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center near Washington in Bethesda, Maryland. However, that did not stop President Trump from continuing to perform his duties as president of the United States and to speak directly to the American people. The First Lady has been recovering at the White House and has, thankfully, stated on Twitter that she is feeling well. The president went back to the White House on Monday, where he will continue to recover. By next week, we hope and expect that President Trump should be completely over the illness. The president tweeted out yesterday that he is
“looking forward” to his second debate with Democratic candidate and former Vice President Joe Biden next Thursday. |
BOTTOM LINE: |
President Trump is beating COVID-19 and refusing to let it dominate his life. The president continues to show that, with the proper measures taken, we can fully open our country back up for business. Unlike Joe Biden and Democrats who want to shut the economy back down on a whim, President Trump is advocating for life to return back to normal, with extra precautions in place to protect vulnerable populations. President Trump has once again shown the American people what true leadership looks like, which will undoubtedly play a role between now and November 3. We send our best wishes for a very speedy and smooth recovery to President Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and all those battling the China Virus.

Vice Presidential Debate: The Vice Presidential debate between VP Mike Pence and Joe Biden’s running mate, Senator Kamala Harris (D-California), is tonight. Vice President Pence is a very talented debater and will have what it takes to hold Senator Harris responsible for her record. She was one of the first Democrats to actually co-sponsor Senator Bernie Sanders’ (I-Vermont) single-payer Medicare for All and was an early supporter of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s (D-New York) Green New Deal. Kamala Harris also voted against President Trump’s tax cuts that have hugely benefitted the American people, and she supports sanctuary cities that protect dangerous illegal immigrants. GovTrack ranked Harris as the most liberal senator in
2019. |
BOTTOM LINE: |
Senator Harris is nothing short of a radical, and Vice President Pence will hold her to her disastrous record in the United States Senate at the debate tonight. Democratic candidate Joe Biden has willingly become a puppet for the radical left-wing base of his party. Whereas most candidates move to the center after winning their primaries, Joe Biden raced to the left as soon as he won the Democrat contest, and his choice of a far-left politician like Kamala Harris was the last nail in the coffin of any “moderate” campaign that Biden claimed to be running. Tonight’s debate is a great opportunity for the Trump-Pence campaign as it will be a contest between the kindness, authenticity, and capability of VP Pence versus the pandering, insincerity, and lack of
likability of Kamala Harris. |

Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s Hearings Begin Next Week: The Senate will begin their hearings next week to confirm Judge Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina), the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, stated that Judge Barrett’s hearings will begin next Monday and go through Thursday. The hearings are expected to be heated as Democrats already attacked Judge Barrett for her Catholic faith when she was confirmed to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals in 2017. It appears from some chatter in the media that the left wants to use the same playbook again. |
BOTTOM LINE: |
The Senate needs to confirm Judge Barrett to the Supreme Court as quickly as possible. Judge Barrett will be a strong, constitutionalist justice. If Democrats try to block or hold up Judge Barrett’s confirmation, they will have to answer to the American people. Judge Barrett is highly qualified, and there is no reason she shouldn’t be confirmed. The American people will be closely following these hearings. The last thing Democrats should want to do is reveal their true colors once again, as they did during the confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh, in front of the whole nation at this point in time. |

Last New Jobs Report Before Election: Last Friday, the Department of Labor released its last jobs report before the election on November 3, showing more historic gains as the economy continues to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks to President Trump’s pro-growth and pro-American policies, the American economy added back 661,000 jobs in September. In total over the last five months, 11.4 million jobs have been added back to the U.S. economy – more than half of the jobs originally lost due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The unemployment rate has dropped to 7.9 percent as a result.
The economy is quickly recovering thanks to President Trump’s hard work fighting for American workers, including cutting taxes for middle-class Americans, negotiating fair and reciprocal trade deals that bring jobs back to the United States, and standing up to our foreign adversaries like China. Even when the coronavirus hit, President Trump acted quickly to protect jobs by signing the CARES Act into law and creating the Paycheck Protection Program, which is responsible for saving more than 50 million American jobs. Part of President Trump’s second-term agenda is to create 10 million jobs within 10 months. We’ve already seen him do it once, and he can easily do it again. |

Joe Biden Lies and Attacks President Trump: When President Trump tested positive for the coronavirus and was admitted into the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center last Friday, Joe Biden’s campaign stated that they would take down negative ads against the president as a sign of a bipartisan moment. However, approximately 100 television ads were still attacking President Trump days after he entered Walter Reed. Over the weekend, former Vice President Joe Biden even called President Trump “despicable.” After the
president’s diagnosis, Joe Biden stated, “This cannot be a partisan moment.” However, he, his campaign, and supporters, were all quick to take jabs at President Trump every time they had an opportunity. |
BOTTOM LINE: |
Unfortunately, both Joe Biden and his handlers are willing to do absolutely anything to win the election this November. As we saw over the weekend, there is no tactic that is beneath them. This weekend should have been a bipartisan moment for the country, but Democrats just couldn’t help themselves. On Twitter, we saw far-left activists wishing ill will on President Trump. And on Saturday Night Live, celebrity comedian Chris Rock stated, “President Trump’s in the hospital from COVID, and I just want to say my heart goes out to COVID.” These radical liberals are who would be in charge if Joe Biden is ever elected president. We must all turn out and vote for President Trump on Election Day. The future of our nation is on the
ballot.
