We need your help to fight back against these dangerous pesticides. Can we count on you to complete our quick survey before 11:59 p.m. tonight?

Unbelievable, friend, The EPA just reapproved hormone-disrupting atrazine and claimed that brain-damaging chlorpyrifos is safe! These rulings fly in the face of years of scientific research linking these chemicals to serious health risks. Once again, the EPA is looking out for the pesticide industry’s bottom line, instead of our health. Atrazine is such a powerful hormone disruptor it can turn male frogs into female frogs with viable eggs! This dangerous chemical can be found in the drinking water of 44 million Americans. Yet the EPA has refused to take action, even though this chemical is already banned in Europe. Chlorpyrifos is a neurotoxic chemical linked to brain damage in kids. But the EPA’s assessment found “no risks of concern, including to children’s health.” Outrageous! The EU, California and Hawaii have all banned chlorpyrifos because of its human health risks. But still the EPA refuses to acknowledge its risks. We need to fight back. EWG is working hard to update our work on toxic pesticides. Will you help us by completing our quick survey by midnight tonight? |
Thanks for your feedback, friend. Helen Lucey,
