Team,

We didn't need the reminder, but yesterday we got one anyway -- the progress we've made could be at risk at the Supreme Court:

NEWSWEEK:
"Conservative Supreme Court Justice[s]... argued in a Monday statement that the landmark 2015 ruling legalizing same-sex marriage nationwide was improperly decided and suggested the court should 'fix' the decision."

Add your name: We must defend civil rights by demanding the Senate delay the SCOTUS vacancy vote»

So much could be at risk if Senate Republicans jam through a Supreme Court nominee in the middle of the election and silence the American people.

Marriage equality, civil rights, healthcare, Roe v. Wade -- all our progress could be threatened if Americans are silenced in this process.

We need to keep the pressure going and DEMAND Republicans follow their own rules and wait to vote on a Supreme Court nominee. That's why we're asking, team:

If you agree that we can't afford to roll back marriage equality, civil rights, and so much more, can you add your name now? No Supreme Court nominee vote until after the presidential inauguration»

Thank you,
