Friends,

“Women of color will lose the most if Roe v. Wade is overturned.”

That’s what the Center for American Progress found in 2018 upon Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court -- citing the way women of color are already more likely to encounter barriers to abortion care, have higher rates of unintended pregnancy, and face poorer reproductive health outcomes.

But in spite of the disastrous consequences, Axios News is now forecasting that “The Supreme Court will overturn Roe v. Wade in the next few years, either gradually or in one fell swoop, and the abortion wars will move to a state-by-state battle over freedom and restrictions.”

If we have to fight in every state in the Union to keep abortion safe and legal, that’s exactly what we’ll do. But we’d rather it didn’t come to that, and it still hasn’t yet. We’re reaching out while there’s still time for the American people to demand that decades of judicial precedent be upheld. Are you with us? If so, tell us now:

Do you support Roe V. Wade?

YES   NO
