Delayed User Emails

We are investigating delays in emails being sent to users that include new user accounts emails, Output Request emails, and Support Request emails. There is no impact on our Targeted Email tool nor confirmation emails in Online Actions. 

 

We are actively working on this issue and will keep you updated on resolution.
