Donald Trump wants to make it harder for the most vulnerable Michiganders to feed themselves and their children.

Trump's USDA has proposed a new rule that would force 144,000 Michiganders -- including over 58,000 children -- off the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) program. Across the country, 3.1 million people would be hungrier thanks to President Trump.

This is a cruel attack on people with disabilities, the elderly, and low income individuals.

And to make matters worse, 16% of households with children are experiencing food insecurity.

This is just wrong. It's a blatant attempt to demonize our state's most vulnerable people, and we won't stand for it.
