People are dying in our country because they can’t afford their medical care. And having Amy Coney Barrett on the Supreme Court could make a dire situation even worse.

Here’s what’s at stake with Trump's new Supreme Court Justice nominee:

• The Affordable Care Act could be struck down.
• Millions of people with pre-existing conditions could be denied coverage.
• People who contract COVID-19 could be denied coverage.
• Roe v. Wade could be overturned.

With so much on the line, we need to double down on our efforts to flip Minnesota’s 8th Congressional District. We need leaders at all levels of government who will fight for accessible and affordable healthcare during the uncertain days ahead.
