There is nothing powerful or impressive about not wearing a mask.
 

The Capitol is now shutdown. This is the second time GOP leadership has failed to protect the workers and members who go to work in the Capitol. This time it has forced me and other colleagues into quarantine, preventing us from adequately serving our constituents. It has put our health and the health of our family members at risk.
 

I don’t always agree with my colleagues but I always respect them. They are mothers, fathers, sisters, brothers, grandparents, neighbors, and dear friends—and their health and safety matters to me. Apparently this feeling does not go both ways.
 

I’m tired of science being politicized for electoral gain.

I’m tired of Republican state legislators being complicit in Trump’s efforts to divide.

I’m tired of seeing them try to steal this election before our very eyes.
 

It’s time to end the disaster of PA Republican leadership in our state legislature once and for all this November.
