The future of the Affordable Care Act is on the ballot.

John,

The future of the Affordable Care Act is on the ballot.

Senate Republicans are rushing to confirm President Trump’s conservative Supreme Court nominee, Amy Coney Barrett, who has fiercely criticized previous court decisions to uphold the ACA.

SCOTUS is set to take up the Trump-backed lawsuit to strike down the entirety of the law exactly one week after Election Day -- which means it’s more important than ever for us to elect leaders who will take legislative action to defend the ACA and the over 20 million Americans who depend on it for their health care.

I’m proud of my work to protect and expand access to quality, affordable health care in Congress, but national Republicans have spent over $3 million attacking me -- will you chip in to make sure our campaign has the resources to hold this seat?

My opponent, former Republican Congressman Scott Taylor, has called the ACA the “biggest taxing scheme in the history of our nation” and voted to repeal it multiple times and gut protections for pre-existing conditions.

We can’t let him try and strip thousands of Virginians of their health coverage once more.

With recent polling showing this race at a literal TIE, we can’t take anything for granted. I won this seat with just 51% of the vote in 2018, and it will be even closer this time around -- will you chip in so that our team can have what we need to come out on top this Election Day?
