When I was little, I always dreamt about seeing Latinas on PBS talking about the things that mattered to me and my family. Tonight, I'll be doing just that in a documentary spotlighting some of the incredible work in Florida and sister organizations in Texas, Nevada, Pennsylvania and more.

Join me watching PBS at 7pm ET for the premiere of ‘ Latino Vote: Dispatches from the Battleground [[link removed]] ’, a documentary about the Latino Vote in one of the most decisive elections of our lifetime.

With less than one month until Election Day, our community could decide who will be the next President of the United States. Such power shouldn't be taken lightly and influenced by fear. That's why we are working until the last day to make sure our gente are well informed and empowered to make the right decision for themselves and their families.

When we reject messages of fear and division, and join together with people from all walks of life, we can elect new leaders who will ensure all our communities get better schools, not more barbwire, and make this a country that provides a better life for everyone whether we’re Black, Brown or white.

When the elections are over, we will keep working in our communities because we are building power to change the world, not just one election.
