Politifact: Mitch McConnell commits a "full flip-flop" on "confirming a Supreme Court nominee in a presidential election year."

Mitch McConnell denied President Obama's nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court a Senate vote, but four years later, he's committed to RAMMING Trump's nominee through the Senate and onto the Court.

This hypocrisy is why voters can't trust Mitch McConnell or the Republican Senate that is full speed ahead on confirming radical conservative justices and judges.

But this fight is just beginning: Donald Trump nominated Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court and Mitch McConnell is gathering every vote he can to confirm her before Election Day. We have to speak out now to delay the process and ensure that the American people have a chance to vote before the vacancy is filled.

Fight for your rights and our democracy by signing your name to delay the Senate vote on Trump's Supreme Court nominee!

The good news is that we aren't alone, friend: The majority of Americans agree that the winner of this presidential election should pick the next Supreme Court justice.

If we can mobilize enough of our supporters, we can convince Republican senators that they are on the wrong side of their constituencies, America, and history, and we can push them to delay the vote.

We can't let Trump fill Ruth Bader Ginsburg's Supreme Court seat with a radical conservative justice only weeks before an election. We need to fight back.

Demand that the Senate delay the vote and wait for the election results before confirming a new Supreme Court justice now!
