Team,

Last week, students all over New Jersey woke up, packed up their books and started another school year. Some of these kids may have dreams of going to college, but others—like Donald when he was young—dream of building that college.

Growing up, Donald was always more interested in how things worked, finding joy in taking apart a bicycle and then figuring out how to put it back together. He attended New Jersey’s public schools, Camden County Community College and attended a registered apprenticeship program with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers that led him to a career as an electrician.

Being an electrical apprentice and attending Community College changed the trajectory of Donald’s life, and he knows firsthand that a "one-size-fits-all" approach to education just doesn't work. Join Donald and add your name in supporting affordable access to all forms of education that lead to family-sustaining careers. [[link removed]]

Thank you,

-Team Norcross
