We know that we’ve been writing to you about the news that early voting has officially started in California. But that’s not the only update on our books today. We’re pleased to share with you a sneak preview of our latest campaign ad.

With eight percent of the electorate in California’s 39th still undecided, it’s never been more important to get this ad’s message in front of voters: Gil’s opponent will play right into national Republicans’ hands -- gutting health care protections for those with pre-existing conditions and denying health care coverage to millions.

That’s why it’s imperative that we keep Gil in Congress, because he won’t let that happen. Gil is refusing corporate PAC money, working to protect our health care, and lowering costs of prescription drugs.

He’s fighting for us.

But the reality is that in a race as close as ours, we need to reach every last voter in the district with this message to set the record straight. That means that every decision we make and every dollar we raise ahead of Election Day has an outsized impact.
