Dear AFGE,
We are nearing the close of Hispanic Heritage Month. To highlight our own Hispanic leaders and the great work they are doing, the Women’s and Fair Practices Departments are hosting a Hispanic Leaders Panel TOMORROW October 6 from 8-9:30 PM ET. This panel will be held via Zoom and will also be live streamed on Facebook.
We will be joined by a diverse panel of AFGE Latinx leaders who will lend their insight on what being Hispanic in the workplace and community means to them. Panelists will include District 12 National Vice President Mario Campos, BOP Council 33 Southeast Regional Vice President Jose Rojas, Y.O.U.N.G. Committee Member at Large Jennifer Ramirez-Serrano, TSA Council 100 Fair Practices Coordinator Victor Payes and Local 3184 Vice President for the New Mexico Area Sonia Saldivar.

We hope you’re able to join us TOMORROW, October 6 to hear from some of our great Hispanic leaders. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Women’s and Fair Practice’s Departments Program Specialist Denver Supinger, at [email protected].
In Solidarity,
Jeremy A. Lannan
NVP for Women and Fair Practices
