NBC News: “Supreme Court begins new term, will decide fate of Obamacare — and maybe the election”

Today, the Supreme Court began its new term — and this new session will decide the future of our country.
In just weeks I’ll be arguing at the Court to stop President Trump’s attempt to dismantle the entire Affordable Care Act and fight to block him from ending pre-existing condition protections.
This Supreme Court term will perhaps be the most consequential in our lifetimes — and with the passing of Justice Ginsburg, the stakes could not be any higher.
Senate Republicans continue to rush to confirm a new Supreme Court Justice because they think this is their opportunity to finally overturn the Affordable Care Act.
We can’t let Republicans win and rip away health insurance from over 20,000,000 Americans and end our pre-existing condition protections. That’s why I intend to stop President Trump at the Supreme Court.
As this new term begins, our fight for justice and healthcare continues.
