Lizzie Pannill Fletcher for CongressThis is voter suppression, plain and simple: Gov. Greg Abbott's order to close mail-in ballot drop-off sites in Texas has created confusion and has the power to disenfranchise tens of thousands of Texans.

In Harris County alone, we see the impact:
More than 4.5 million people.
More than 1,700 square miles.
One ballot drop off location.

Across the county campaigns like ours and nonpartisan groups had already told Harris County voters about the ways to return their mail-in ballots safely and securely. In this pandemic, that should be our highest priority.

Instead, we see our elected officials making it harder rather than easier to vote. One thing we can do: mobilize. You can help us get the word out by making a contribution today.

Our team will be working around the clock to help Texans make their voices heard in this November's election.

We need your help, too. We told Lizzie we'd raise $25,000 to help protect Texas voters. If you can, please make a contribution before the deadline on Wednesday.

Thanks,

Team Lizzie
