Another tough Supreme Court nomination battle is coming to the Senate this month. And we don't know how it's going to turn out.

But we do know Senators Jeanne Shaheen (NH) and Tina Smith (MN) are going to fight back against Mitch McConnell's disgraceful process. And if they are called upon to vote on this nominee, we know they will vote on the side of choice, women's rights, and families.

Since day one of making our plan to flip the Senate this year, we knew that the first step was to keep these two seats squarely in the blue column. We simply cannot hope to flip the Senate if we don't hold onto the seats we already have.

But both New Hampshire and Minnesota are perennial swing states, and the Republicans would love to flip one or both of these seats and keep Mitch McConnell in power as long as possible.
