Biden’s Debate Performance Shows U.S. Supreme Court and Second
Amendment on the Ballot in 2020
<[link removed]>

Since the death of Associate U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader
Ginsburg in mid-September, the more vociferous elements of the radical
left have called for a total transformation of the high court should
the Democratic Party capture the presidency and the U.S. Senate in
November. These extreme voices have called for an end to the Senate
filibuster in order to enable a purely partisan court-packing scheme
that would secure a left-wing majority on the Supreme Court. The
strategy amounts to a tacit admission of what many have long suspected
– that the plan’s proponents view the federal judiciary as another
legislative branch of government that is key to ratifying
unconstitutional measures, rather than an independent body tasked with
acting as the arbiter and defender of the U.S. Constitution.

John Ossoff is LYING About His Anti-Second Amendment Positions
<[link removed]>

In a further sign that gun control is not a winning issue in 2020,
Georgia Democratic U.S. Senate candidate John Ossoff is running ads
where he deceitfully claims that he would “defend our Second
Amendment.” In truth, Ossoff’s support for unconstitutional gun
control, including a ban on commonly-owned semi-automatic firearms
like the AR-15, has gotten him the endorsement of billionaire Michael
Bloomberg’s anti-gun group Everytown for Gun Safety.

Biden Focuses Prohibitory Ambitions on “Gun Parts,” Among (Many,
Many) Other Gun Control Items
<[link removed]>

Ever since he clinched the Democrat presidential nomination, we have
been warning America’s gun owners that Joe Biden is no
“moderate” when it comes to gun control. Simply scrolling through
the extensive gun control agenda published on his official campaign
website should make that point abundantly clear. It is a wish-list for
(and likely compiled by) America’s most ambitious firearm
prohibition advocates. Biden’s gun control plans are so voluminous
and detailed that they encompass not just guns themselves but each of
their individual parts. In fact, if Biden has his way, the sale of gun
parts over the Internet would be banned entirely.

trend through 2019. The FBI has not yet released any data on crime for
the current year.

NY Hospital Study: Shilling for the SAFE Act?
<[link removed]>

Northwell Health, the largest health system and largest private
employer in New York State, has announced a research study called,
bizarrely, “We Ask Everyone. Firearm Safety is a Health Issue.”
The project will require, as part of routine screening of emergency
room patients, asking questions about firearm ownership and guns in
the home. Implementation will begin at three Northwell hospitals
initially (two on Long Island and one on Staten Island), with plans to
expand the program to include “inpatient and ambulatory settings”
across all of its facilities.

Spending that Sweet, Sweet Taxpayer Money
<[link removed]>

The Centers for Disease Control recently announced the projects funded
by more than $7.8 million dollars to “Prevent Firearm-Related
Violence and Injuries.” This is after the National Institutes of
Health funded more than $11 million in firearms-related research from
2014 to 2017.

<[link removed]>

We would like to highlight one of our partners in the Partners for
Patriotism campaign, Davidson's Gallery of Guns! When asked about the
campaign Bryan Tucker, President & CEO, Davidson’s Gallery of Guns
said “Now more than ever, we must stand and defend the Second
Amendment. Make no mistake, a loss on our side in November will have
devastating consequences for those of us that are proud of our
industry, our shooting sports communities, our firearms and hunting
heritage, and most importantly our rights as established by the United
States Constitution. Davidson’s Gallery of Guns is proud to be a
member of several industry partners that will match contributions to
the NRA/ILA $1 Million Match Campaign – Partners for Patriotism.”
