Each pack includes the same facts but four different graphics provide differentiation for your initiative. They make a great companion piece for any local prescription drug take back initiative.

If you want to receive one or two packs of these fact cards, please email [email protected] with your request, address, and contact information no later than Friday, October 9th. We'll then mail you the fact cards.
After National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, we'll ask those who used our fact cards to take a short survey about their experience with the product, how many they distributed, and more.
