The Supreme Court came back into session today, poised to hear cases on the Affordable Care Act (the court’s decision could strip health care from 20 million Americans), LGBTQ protections, and—quite possibly—the results of the 2020 election.

With so much on the line, Mitch McConnell is moving full-steam ahead to fill the Supreme Court vacancy BEFORE the election.

Recent polls show that most Americans think the president elected in November should fill Justice Ginsburg's seat. But we need to hear from you:
