We have just learned that the town of Cornelius, NC, is considering banning concealed carry at certain town facilities on Monday night, October 5th. The town has heard from town employees frightened at work by the general public bringing guns into town facilities. In addition, it is common to have upset and angry people at board meetings, committee meetings, or during normal business hours. Anger and guns are often a deadly combination. 

Can you take 1 minute to fill out your contact information to send in a comment? You do not have to be from Cornelius. If you are or if you live in Mecklenburg County, please make a note of that and add any personal comments about concealed carry. 

Collectively, we were able to send in over 200 comments to the Holly Springs Town Council in support of their ban on open carry and we won! With your help, we can do it again to support a ban on concealed carry in Cornelius.
