Republicans know they're losing, friend. But they have a plan: if they can't persuade Americans to vote for them, they'll just try to stop them from voting.

Trying to prevent people from voting is nothing new for the GOP. But this time, they're pulling out all the stops:

• Donald Trump and his allies in Congress continue to cast doubt on vote by mail -- despite the fact that there is no evidence of fraud, and despite the fact that Donald Trump himself votes by mail!
• Florida's Republican Senator Rick Scott proposed a bill making it illegal to count legitimate ballots more than 24 hours after Election Day.
• Federal courts upheld a law requiring Floridians with former felony convictions to pay fines and fees before voting. (And now, Florida's Attorney General is investigating Mike Bloomberg for attempting to pay those fines!)
• Texas Republicans sued their own Republican governor to prevent him from expanding early voting in their state.

These are just a few examples that show Republicans will do whatever it takes to win and deny Americans their sacred right to vote.
