Folks,
Don't worry, this isn't just the set up for one of the corny 'dad jokes' my kids are sick of.
It's the premise of my most recent podcast, where I talked to two county commissioners here in Utah -- one Democrat and one Republican -- about our public lands. It's also the approach I've taken in Washington, working across the aisle to get things done for Utahns.
Too often, we talk about public lands the way we talk about a lot of other issues: From a place of disagreement, highlighting our differences rather than the common ground we share on how to solve these problems.
We're changing that. I'm reaching across the aisle, building relationships with people in both parties that I can work with to solve problems and get results for Utahns. And by supporting my campaign, you're making that change possible.

Look, we all know Washington D.C. is broken. But what I've seen since getting to Congress is that it's not broken beyond repair. By reaching across the aisle -- by getting Democrats and Republicans to walk into a room -- we can get things done.
Thanks for being part of the solution (and for putting up with my corny jokes)!
-Ben
