These past two days were a whirlwind. I am happy to report that with the help of hundreds of friends, family members, colleagues, supporters, and future constituents, we reached my personal fundraising goal of $75k!

It’s amazing to see what we can accomplish together, and I wanted to check in this afternoon to let you know where my head is at with just one month -- 30 days! -- to go until Election Day.

First, I am hopeful. I know that there are many challenges still ahead of us (including, but not limited to, the growing number of outside groups spending money on baseless attack ads against me). But we’ve built a strong foundation together -- and I’m confident in the strategy my team put together based on the latest polling and data available to us.

What’s more, I am energized. YOU helped us assemble an incredibly talented and motivated team, and we are ready to execute our aggressive field and advertising strategies over the next 4 weeks to ensure that every voter knows about me and about how Zeldin has let us down.

Polling shows that if we can continue reaching voters with my message, we’ll win. But like I’ve mentioned, the influx of dark money-funded attacks coming our way is a real threat we must respond to.

We MUST outsmart Zeldin and his far-right, anti-choice, science-denying allies. They’re spending hundreds of thousands against us, so I need your support more than ever in this final stretch. As long as we continue to ramp up our efforts on all fronts, I know we can win.

You are a key part of our October strategy to oust Trump’s top ally in New York, and I hope I can continue to count on you from now through election day!

It won’t be easy, but this is a fight Suffolk County families cannot afford to lose.
