Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell is upset about his nickname “Moscow Mitch.”

I have just one thing to say to him: Stop whining, Mitch, and do your job.

McConnell has refused to stand up to Russia and take steps to secure our elections, and now, he’s refused to keep our country safe from rampant gun violence by not bringing up the background check measure my Democratic House Majority already advanced.

Instead of putting in the time to help protect our country and democracy, he’s wasting time complaining about nicknames.

You won’t see that sort of behavior from me or my Democratic colleagues in the House. Special interests have spent more than $100 MILLION attacking me -- and I’m still fighting! My Majority and I are still doing our jobs and advancing our agenda #ForThePeople.

But we’re STILL waiting on McConnell to take action. Enough is enough.

We need to keep the pressure on McConnell. Add your name and demand he immediately address gun violence and the other critical issues facing our country.
