In 2018, we worked together to take back the House and because of that hard work, the House passed background checks on February 27th, 2019 — a historic victory.

However, since then, the bill has sat on Mitch McConnell’s desk in the Senate untouched. He’s in the pocket of the NRA and Donald Trump who don’t want this bill to see the light of day.

But it’s not all bad news — there’s still hope! If we can recreate our success from 2018 and put in that same hard work to flip the Senate we can remove Mitch McConnell, pass universal background checks and save lives.

But for now, we need to stay focused. There’s only 30 days left until Election Day and we need to keep up the pressure. Which is why we have to ask:
