{SALUTATION~DEAR FIRSTNAME}

Animal Aid's undercover investigators visited another game bird farm earlier
this year. The footage reveals breeding pheasants and partridges who were highly
stressed, desperately trying to escape their metal cages. To confine a bird,
blessed with the wonder of flight to a cage is a cruel act.

Each year millions of birds are reared just for shooting. You will also be aware
that in recent weeks, exceptions to the law have been created to allow shooting
to continue, despite Covid-19 social restrictions to others.

More than ever we need your support to secure a ban on the use of cruel cages
used to confine beautiful birds for breeding purposes by the barbaric shooting
industry and ultimately secure an end to this so-called sport.
