It’s hard to believe, but today marks just one month until Election Day.

When we won the primary on March 3rd, we never could have predicted what would come next. Since then, our country has been shaken by the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic crisis that has followed.

What we’ve all been through makes the outcome of this election even more important. We need to send leaders to Washington who can hit the ground running on Day One to make sure families, workers, and small businesses get the support they need. We need leaders who have experience working on public health and emergency response, and who can work to make sure that the existing inequities in our system aren’t made worse in the recovery.

I am so proud to be working with you to make sure we can do just that here in San Diego -- to elect a new generation of leaders and send Sara to Congress.

But our work is far from over. Please pitch in now to help us communicate with voters and win this race.

According to a recent independent poll, Sara is up by double digits, but 38% of CA-53 voters are still undecided. That means we need to work harder than ever in this last month to make sure every undecided voter hears Sara’s positive message for change.
