Tell the U.S. Senate:
"With the pandemic continuing to rage, the Senate must immediately step up, as the House has done, to defend our rights―by funding and protecting the U.S. Postal Service, expanding vote-by-mail options wherever possible, and approving the $3.6 billion experts say states need to hold safe and accessible elections this fall."

John,
With Donald Trump’s positive COVID-19 test, it’s clear that the U.S. and the world have not “turned the corner” on the pandemic as Trump likes to claim.
In order for our country to manage the pandemic response, we need a major investment in frontline workers, states and local communities, as well as the US Postal Service and our fast-approaching presidential election.
The U.S. House just passed a new COVID-response bill, HEROES 2, which does just that. This bill, passed Thursday night, also repeals a tax cut that Republicans snuck into the CARES Act―a tax cut averaging $1.6 million to each of 43,000 millionaires.
Sign the petition and tell the U.S. Senate to fully fund the USPS, expand vote-by-mail options and approve the $3.6 billion in grants to states and election officials to prepare for the fast-approaching election.
With the pandemic continuing to rage across the country, we need to make sure that voters are able to vote by mail if they choose to. And we need to make sure that city and town clerks are prepared to process the millions of vote-by-mail ballots that are already being cast across the country. We can’t give Trump any excuses to claim the election was rigged against him.
Join Americans for Tax Fairness Action Fund and demand the U.S. Senate act immediately to fund the USPS and provide election officials with the resources they need to process millions of vote-by-mail ballots.
We must invest in our pandemic response and in our elections. And the rich and corporations should pay for it.
Thank you,
Frank Clemente
