[[link removed]]HELP REVERSE DISASTROUS DECISIONS FOR HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF ACRES OF PUBLIC
LANDS.
[{CAMPAIGNPAGE_URL~59086~[link removed]}]
John,

William Perry Pendley—a vocal proponent of selling off all our public lands—has
been barred by a judge from leading the Bureau of Land Management.

His disastrous and illegal tenure put millions of acres of wildlife habitat in
jeopardy. And many of the decisions he made over the past year continue to threaten the
health of important ecosystems.

As the fight for our nation’s public lands continues, will you support our efforts to reverse Pendley’s harmful decisions and restore
the hundreds of thousands of acres of degraded public lands?

YES, I will protect our public lands

Although he no longer holds the title of acting director, Pendley still poses a
threat to our cherished wildlife. Over the last year he has been on an unmitigated oil and gas leasing spree. By prioritizing a policy of energy development over all other uses on our
lands, Pendley's decisions will fragment thousands of acres of vital wildlife
habitat for pronghorn, elk, and bighorn sheep.

John, every one of Pendley’s decisions
during his illegal tenure should be nullified to prevent further disruption of
critical wildlife conservation projects and growth of the emerging outdoor
recreation economy throughout the nation. Our public lands deserve a steward who
doesn’t believe that they should be sold off to the highest bidder, a champion
of wildlife and wild places.

William Perry Pendley was not this leader.

Please write to the Secretary of Interior to ask him to rescind every decision
Pendley made while he was illegally acting as the director of the Bureau of Land
Management. Reversing those decisions will be a good first step in restoring our public
lands.
