- Sen. Cornyn was the chief salesman behind repealing the Affordable Care Act, and he still calls for it to be repealed in the midst of the worst pandemic in at least a century
- Repealing the ACA would cut protections for people with pre-existing conditions (including COVID-19) and leave millions uninsured
- Repealing the ACA would even allow insurance companies to charge women higher premiums than men!

- He voted AGAINST bills supporting Dreamers in 2006, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2015, and 2018

- He consistently votes in favor of special interests (after taking their money) and against Texans
