The Republican Party of New Mexico is running a record 101 candidates for the New Mexico State House and State Senate. These candidates represent the diversity of our great state and highlight their commitment to improve New Mexico for all New Mexicans. They are all working hard to turn New Mexico red this November.
RYAN LANE FOR HOUSE DISTRICT 3
AZTEC
Ryan was born and raised in Aztec, New Mexico and is a third-generation “Aztecian.” After graduating from Aztec High School, Ryan played collegiate baseball while obtaining a degree in mathematics at a private Christian college in the midwest. In 2007, Ryan graduated Cum Laude from Liberty University School of Law in Lynchburg, Virginia, where Ryan also served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Liberty University Law Review. After graduating law school, Ryan spent the next three years as a law clerk to the Hon. John C. Gemmill of the Arizona Court of Appeals as well as to the Hon. James A. Teilborg of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Knowing that he is truly a “small town kid at heart,” Ryan chose to return to Aztec in 2010 in order to enter private practice. Ryan is a solo practitioner at his own law firm, T. Ryan Lane, P.C. in Aztec, New Mexico. Ryan is happily married to his wife Nicole of 18 years and has two wonderful sons. Being a father is life’s greatest

ALONZO BALDONADO FOR HOUSE DISTRICT 8
LOS LUNAS
Alonzo is a native of Belen, and now lives with his family in Los Lunas, where he operates his real estate and property management company. Growing up in Belen gave him a strong sense of Valencia County pride. After being awarded a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of New Mexico, Alonzo worked in the restaurant business for a few years, before owning and operating a small independent sandwich shop on Main Street in Los Lunas. His experience in the food business gave him the opportunity to hear from his customers about the issues that concerned them, and he found that people in the valley shared many of the same convictions he held. He choose to run for the New Mexico State Legislature and was elected to serve as the Representative in District 8. He has continued to foster a sense of service to his family and to the state of New Mexico. Alonzo believes that New Mexico can be a leader in education and industry with bold ideas and implementation in the New Mexico
Legislature. His compassion and caring nature can be seen in the bills he introduces, and in the passionate nature with which he defends the concerns of Valencia County’s citizens. Alonzo serves on the House Education Committee and often is a leader in reforming our methods of educating the next generation. His work on five interim committees keeps Alonzo plugged in with issues that affect the people of New Mexico. Since being elected, Alonzo has had the honor of serving as Republican Caucus Chair, and most recently as House Majority Whip. Being part of the leadership team in the House gives Alonzo an opportunity to work across the aisle to advance the great state of New Mexico. BILL REHM FOR HOUSE DISTRICT 31
NORTHEAST ALBUQUERQUE
Bill Rehm is a seventh generation New Mexican born and raised in Albuquerque. In 1968 he graduated from Highland High School. In 1975 Bill graduated with a bachelor's degree from the University of New Mexico.In 1973 Bill began his community service by joining the Bernalillo County Sheriff Department. In 1995, Bill graduated from the FBI National Academy. Bill retired in 2000 as a Captain and continues his community service as a volunteer member of the Bernalillo County Sheriff Reserve Unit. Bill also continues as a law enforcement instructor for the New Mexico Law Enforcement Academy. In 2006 Bill became a member of the New Mexico House of Representatives. Currently he is the senior Republican member of the House Judiciary Committee and is a member of the Voters and Elections Committee. When the Legislature is out of session he is a member of the Courts and Corrections Committee and an advisory member to the Rural and Economic Development and Pension Oversight Committees. Since 1986, Bill
has lived within House District 31 and thus understands its needs. It's been an incredible honor to serve you in Santa Fe. It is with great respect I ask you to help return me to the Roundhouse.
