Susan Collins once bragged about the support she received from donors in Maine. She has long lamented the role of “dark money” in politics.

But, as is often the case with Collins, she says one thing and does another. Corporate PACs and Special interests have flooded the Collins campaign coffers with cash, and she has voted against financial transparency legislation.

Can you chip in $20.20, or whatever you think is right, to help the Maine Dems defeat Susan Collins, flip the Senate, and elect Democrats up and down the ticket? [ [link removed] ]

Let’s go ahead and meet some of the donors to Susan Collins’ campaign, shall we?

-Stephen Schwarzman became a major Collins donor following Collins’ support for the 2017 GOP tax giveaway. His private equity firm, Blackstone, is ranked as a top contributor to Collins’ campaign this election cycle.
-Billionaire casino magnate and GOP mega-donor Sheldon Adelson and his wife have both made max-out donations to Collins’ re-election campaign. He has recently pledged to spend upwards of $50 million to help get Republicans elected.
-Leonard Leo, the head of the Federalist Society and "Trump's Judge Whisperer" held a fundraiser for Collins at his home in Bar Harbor to thank Collins for her support of Brett Kavanuagh.

We need to push back against these mega-donors, and the only way to do it is with true grassroots support. That’s how we are going to defeat Collins, elect Joe Biden, and return the soul of the nation.
