Our health care rights are more at risk than ever.
The Supreme Court is currently set to hear oral arguments on the Affordable Care Act on November 10, 2020. With Senate Republicans determined to break all precedent and force through a Supreme Court confirmation before the election, there’s a high chance that health care is in real danger for millions of Americans.
We need your help to show Senate Republicans who they are putting in danger.
The unprecedentedly fast nominations process will begin in earnest the week of October 12, when Republicans will hold sham hearings to rubber-stamp Trump’s anti-health care judicial nominee, Amy Coney Barrett. Normally, we would encourage people to attend the hearings and make their stories known in person – but with the pandemic still posing a danger to all of us, that won’t be an option this year.
Instead, we want to make sure that Senate Republicans are still faced with the digital stories of those their actions will harm – and that’s where you come in. We’re asking you to make a short video – no more than 2 minutes in length – telling your story, or the stories of your friends or family.
Why videos? Because that’s the best way to show Senate Republicans exactly who will suffer if they continue to push through their anti-health care Supreme Court nominee. We want them to have to face you, no matter where you are in the country, and recognize that your experiences are important.

It is unconscionable for any government to even consider denying people health care during a global pandemic – and yet that is precisely what Trump and his administration have been doing ever since COVID-19 began to spread through our communities. Senate Republicans have been aiding and abetting Trump every step of the way. We need your help to shine a light on their cruelty.
