This is about abortion, birth control, and personhood. New reporting shows that Amy Coney Barrett signed onto an ad asserting a “right to life” that begins at “fertilization.” [1]. And it’s also about so many critical aspects of our lives. Hard-won rights protected by past Supreme Court decisions are hanging in the balance.

The protection of coverage for pre-existing conditions under the Affordable Care Act, equal pay, marriage equality, full control over one’s bodily autonomy … all these things are at stake as Trump and his supporters try to push through her confirmation just weeks before the election.

Stop SCOTUS from being further taken over by the radical right.

They have already vowed to move forward quickly with Barrett’s nomination despite early voting for the next president already underway in parts of the country. [2]

With so much on the line, including the future of the highest court in the land, America should get a voice. No nomination until inauguration.
