I am blown away by your support over the last week as we pushed hard towards our big end-of-quarter grassroots fundraising goal. Great news -- we hit the goal! All I can say is thank you -- we couldn't speak with so many voters across our city without your help.
Hitting this critical fundraising goal could be a game changer. We received the biggest endorsement of this campaign from the Washington Post Editorial Board last weekend and now DC voters are starting to cast their ballots.
I got my ballot on Tuesday -- so look out for your purple envelope in the mail if you're a registered DC voter!
And if you're in DC, I hope you'll consider casting one of your two votes for DC Council At Large for me -- I'm in spot number 6 out of 23 on the ballot! (see below).
