Justice Ginsburg's dying wish was that her replacement not be confirmed until a new president has been installed. And four years after he refused to vote on a Supreme Court nominee because of the election, Mitch McConnell has said he will not respect that wish and will instead hold a vote on Trump's nominee, Amy Coney Barrett.
As we get closer to the November election and as Trump continues to threaten DACA, reproductive rights, and vote-by-mail -- and by extension, our democracy -- the stakes are too high not to fight back with everything we've got.
