Team, late last night we found out the President of the United States and the First Lady have tested positive for COVID-19.

After nine months of downplaying the virus and blaming others for its spread, Donald Trump has contracted the virus he called a hoax.

I wouldn't wish this virus on anyone. I hope for a speedy recovery for the president and First Lady. But I also hope this is a wake up call that America needs a plan to get us out of this pandemic and recession, not more divisive and dangerous rhetoric.

Because we can't afford four more years of this. We need to do everything we can to elect Joe Biden and Kamala Harris, as well as a Congress who will fight to help our country recover from this crisis.

With just 32 days left untl the election, our people first candidates are counting on our support. Together, we can elect leaders who will fight for housing opportunity, job opportunity, and quality health care that doesn't leave people to fend for themselves.
