As Hiral's Campaign Manager it's my job to make sure we turn out the voters we need to pull off a win in one of the country's most competitive challenger races.

I've spent hours looking over reports, running projections, and sifting through the voter file to determine the exact number of undecided voters we need to reach before Election Day.

Look, this strategy will work -- but only if we have the resources to carry out our plan exactly. We need to hire 28 more organizers to reach the persuadable folks we need, but right now we don't have the funds in our budget.
