Those of you just waking up on the West Coast may not. But overnight news broke that President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump both tested positive for the coronavirus. The economic and political implications of this development are enormous. I will have more updates later today. But right now, I am asking each of you to join me in prayer for the president, the first lady, the vice president, their staffs and their families. Pray for their health, for a quick recovery and for protection for those not infected. Please contact your pastor and urge them to pray. If you are part of a Bible study group, contact your fellow prayer warriors and urge them to pray as well. This president and his administration have done more to defend religious liberty and the sanctity of life than any administration in decades. We must all be on our knees now in prayer for our nation and its leaders. Pray for America and for God's hand of protection to remain over us at this critical time.
