Friend,

I wish I could write to you and say that after Donald Trump's disastrous debate performance, his campaign is finished.

But we all know that’s not true -- despite the polls showing Joe Biden with a lead, this race could be close. So close, in fact, that it could result in an electoral college tie, or a scenario in which states are unable (or unwilling) to certify the vote.

In that case, the election will be decided by the House of Representatives, where each State Delegation gets one vote. Were that to happen today, Republicans would have a 26-22 advantage. But, if we win just seven specific House races in AK, MT, PA, MI, and FL, we can control enough State Delegations to win the Presidency in a House vote.

This is a top priority right now, and even Speaker Pelosi is rallying House Democrats to keep an eye on these close races. Earlier this week she said, “The Constitution says that a candidate must receive a majority of the state delegations to win... We must achieve that majority of delegations or keep the Republicans from doing so."

And so, this Sunday, I’ll be hosting a virtual event in support of seven key candidates:
