Senator Paul made a lot of great points about the need to rethink the way our nation conducts its foreign policy, like this one:
"We should have to vote. If people want to be at war in Syria, at war in Iraq, at war in any of these places we should vote... It's unfair to our troops not to declare what the mission is."
