We will be hosting a collection site at Prevention First headquarters, 2800 Montvale Drive, in Springfield, IL. All participating collection sites will be open from 10AM - 2PM.

TEXT OR TREAT!
The idea is simple: set goals for yourself to stay off either your text messages or social media for a certain amount of time each day. This can be a window, like from 3-5pm, a goal to not exceed a number of hours each day, or something as simple as staying off Instagram for 20 minutes. If you accomplish your goal, reward yourself with a treat!
